Twill is a kind of organization structure, The cloth surface has obvious diagonal lines,

which has good hand feeling, luster and elasticity. Silk twill feels soft, but has a large

shrinkage rate compared to plain weave fabric. Silk twill is a relatively light and thin.

Twill fabrics are generally softer and more comfortable, but still not as soft as crepe and

satin silk fabrics. Therefore, silk twill is generally not used for bedding. As silk twill feels

more stiff than silk satin and silk crepe, they are mostly used for clothing and scarves.

The thickness of silk twill is mostly 12 mm, 14mm, 16 and 18 mm. Different with the satin

or crepe de chine, 12mm crepe de chine or satin can only be used for linings and the like.

If the color of the 12mm twill is not transparent, it can be used to make clothes.
