What services you can offer ?

We offer three kinds of service: custom bulk order, wholesale or personalize your own photo or name on above products.

How can you transfer my logo or pattern on products ?

There are three kinds of technique

Printing: digital printing and screen printing, directly print your logo or patterns on fabric, then using fabric to make final products, it is good for custom bulk order.

Embroidery: suitable for simple logo, by applying thread or yarn on solid color fabric or incorporating other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

Vinyl Printing: Vinyl printing is heat transfer, by using a machine to cut out letters and designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the fabric to transfer the color to it, it is a good option for penalization,put your own element on the products we already have.

What is your minimum?

Minimum quantity can be lower to 10/20pcs each design, if total quantity is large, no minimum for each design.

What is your policy on protection of Copyright?

Confidentiality Agreement will be signed before receiving your designs, after order finished, if you prefer, we will “shift delete” all your designs.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Samples always need about 7-10 days, after samples confirmed, bulk order will take 15-20 days to delivery according to how complex and how many quantity the order has, for simple logo personalization, normally it will take about 2 to 6 business days to ship, shipping time generally take about 3 to 5 business days variety from country to country.

How much is the tariff ?

Different country has different tariff, and it is different according to different fabric and products, so it is hard to say, normally it is about 1%-13%, express will help to finish the customs clearance, you only need to do is pay the tariff to express after they contact you, certainly we will try to declare low customs value to save the tariff.

What are the qualities of silk you use ?

Grade A Silk is top grade silk that can be unraveled without silk floss breaking. When stretched out, a single silk floss can be as long as a mile, to ensure the quality and cost-effective, we only use 5A grade silk fabric, 6A grade silk fabric is also available but not suggested, since 5A and 6A has same hand feeling, close quality, no big difference.

Do you use non-toxic dyes?

We have passed the SGS, Intertek and AI test for both silk fabric and dyeing stuff which shows all are absolutely non-toxic, environmental and harmless to skin and health, safe for children too.
