Silk hair accessories are a perfect product for business like hair care, beauty care or skin care, cosmetics and sleep care.

1. What is your minimum quantity?
The minimum quantity is 50pcs/color, but it is negotiable.    

2. Can I get samples?
The existing samples are free, you only need to pay shipping cost by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL, normally USD $20-$30, 3-5 days to reach, door to door service, samples only charge for custom designs or logos, it is refundable when order reaches a certain quantity.  

3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. If with your own designs or logo, sample production normally takes 5-7 days plus shipping time 3-5 days.  

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 7-10 days for MOQ, rush orders are acceptable, with our adequate production capacity, fast delivery time can be ensured even for large quantities.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want to print my own design?
AI, JPG, PSD, PDF, TIF are all good.   

6. How many colors are available?
There are 90 colors of silk satin fabric including 16, 19 and 22 momme, 28 colors of 30 momme silk satin, 9 colors of 40 momme silk satin and various colors of other silk fabrics available as well

7. Which certificates do you have?
OEKO-100 Standard, SGS, INTERTEK and GOTS.

8. What is the grade of your silk?
All silk products are made of 6A grade 100% mulberry silk.  

9. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposits after order signed and 70% balance before shipping.  

10. How can I order? 
Please contact our customer service to confirm details like size, color, style, fabric thickness, logo position and etc., you will get a quote include all cost, deliver time and package details, a sample with your requirements will be sent to you, after it is confirmed, the bulk order production will be started. 

11. How do you ensure quality？
We will check the quality three times, fabric quality checking, finished pillowcase quality checking, final checking when packing. If you still find any defective ones, we will provide a 100% refund for them.
